Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and StableDaddy ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our web hosting services.

01 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing hosting plans, or using stabledaddy.com, you signify your explicit agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

02 2. Changes to Terms

StableDaddy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised modification date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

03 3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

04 4. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use or purchase services from StableDaddy. Minors under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

05 5. Hosting Service Provision

We provide web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registration services. Services are provisioned automatically or following payment verification within standard operating timelines.

06 6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our hosting servers to host malware, phishing content, illegal software, hate speech, spam scripts, or engage in unauthorized network scanning or DDoS activities.

07 7. Resource Usage Limits

Shared hosting accounts are bound by CPU, RAM, and inode limitations. If your website consumes excessive server resources affecting other users, we may request optimization or require an upgrade.

08 8. Payment Terms & Billing

All invoices must be paid prior to service due dates. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic suspension or termination of your web hosting services and associated data.

09 9. Domain Name Registration Terms

Domain registrations are subject to ICANN rules and registry agreements. You are responsible for providing valid registrant data and renewing domains prior to their expiration dates.

10 10. Backup Responsibilities

While StableDaddy maintains regular automated server backups for disaster recovery, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent local copies of your website files and databases.

11 11. Intellectual Property Rights

All website design, logos, graphics, text, and system architecture on stabledaddy.com are the exclusive property of StableDaddy and protected under international copyright laws.

12 12. User-Generated Content & Copyright Claims

You retain full ownership of content uploaded to your hosting account. However, if valid DMCA copyright infringement notices are received, we reserve the right to remove infringing content promptly.

13 13. Limitation of Liability

StableDaddy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising from service use.

14 14. Service Uptime & Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability networks. However, scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause brief service interruptions for which StableDaddy is not liable.

15 15. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior toward our support personnel.

16 16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StableDaddy, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your hosted websites or data.

17 17. Force Majeure

StableDaddy is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fiber cuts, war, or utility failures.

18 18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local operational laws, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

19 19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StableDaddy regarding the use of our web hosting services.
